چکیده

In Brazil, the common bean is a crop with significant social and economic importance. The prospecting of N2 fixing bacteria crucial since biological nitrogen fixation (BNF) an eco-friendly technique. This work aimed to obtain characterize rhizobium isolates based on morpho-physiological, molecular, symbiotic efficiency parameters, using strains SEMIA 4077, 4080, 4088 as references. characteristics colonies, their tolerance salinity temperature, well utilization carbon sources, served basis for morpho-physiological characterization. BOX-PCR, REP-PCR, ERIC-PCR markers were used genotypic Assessment was carried out in greenhouse, determining number nodules (NN), nodule dry weight (NDW), shoot (SDW), total-N (Total-N) accumulation shoot. Among isolates, those exhibiting: neutral culture medium pH, fast growth, colony diameter <2 mm, opaque transparency, homogeneous appearance, cream color predominant. Compared most restrictive factor growth isolates. Most grew sucrose (88.43%) mannitol (87.28%). Genotypic analysis revealed that 90% clustered same group reference strain 4080. TaMsG2R1 BaDeG4R2 showed higher Total-N than should be evaluated future studies under field conditions.

Polyphasic characterization of Gluconacetobacter diazotrophicus isolates obtained from different sugarcane varieties

A polyphasic approach was applied to characterize 35 G. diazotrophicus isolates obtained from sugarcane varieties cultivated in Brazil. The isolates were analyzed by phenotypic (use of different carbon sources) and genotypic tests (ARDRA and RISA-RFLP techniques). Variability among the isolates was observed in relation to the carbon source use preference. Glucose and sucrose were used by all is...

Characterization of rhizobia isolates obtained from nodules of wild genotypes of common bean

This study aimed to evaluate the tolerance to salinity and temperature, the genetic diversity and the symbiotic efficiency of rhizobia isolates obtained from wild genotypes of common bean cultivated in soil samples from the States of Goiás, Minas Gerais and Paraná. The isolates were subjected to different NaCl concentrations (0%, 1%, 2%, 4% and 6%) at different temperatures (28°C, 33°C, 38°C, 4...

Genetic Diversity of Fusarium oxysporum Isolates from Common Bean and Distribution of Mating Type Alleles

Fusarium wilt caused by Fusarium oxysporum Schltdl. f.sp. phaseoli (Fop), is one of the important diseases of the common bean in Iran and many of the bean growing countries. Incidence of the disease has been reported in tropical and semi-tropical regions of the world. This study was carried out to characterize genetic diversity of F. oxysporum isolates from the common bean by vegetative compati...

Polyphasic identification of cyanobacterial isolates from Australia.

Reliable identification of cyanobacterial isolates has significant socio-economic implications as many bloom-forming species affect the aesthetics and safety of drinking water, through the production of taste and odour compounds or toxic metabolites. The limitations of morphological identification have promoted the application of molecular tools, and encouraged the adoption of combined (polypha...

Inhibitory Capacity of Supernatants Obtained from Centrifuging of different epididymal mouse Regions

SUMMARY This study was conducted to shed light on to the factors contributing to fertilizing ability of the caput epididymal spermatozoa. In this content, it should be stated that seminal plasma am! epididymal fluid of most mammalians contains inhibitory factors connected to spermatozoa surface. To do this, components of different regions of mouse epididymis centrifuged and a given volume o...
